| | Availability The selection of plants we have available varies throughout the year. Stock levels are automatically updated so if you can add it to the basket it is in stock for dispatch. Delivery Our delivery method for plants is by 1st class post. Your order will normally be dispatched for delivery within 7 days. If delivery is likely to be longer we will contact you to let you know Please note, we only deliver in the UK and Europe. Return To Top

| | Cancellation If after you place your order you change your mind, just e-mail or give us a ring and we will cancel your order . If we have already dispatched your plants simply return them to us within 7 days for a full refund. Return To Top
Guarantee and Refunds
We have very few complaints and have never knowingly lost a customer over a problem! However if you do have a problem with any aspect of our service please contact us at the Nursery so that we can put it right as soon as possible. Contact details are above. If you are not happy with your plants we will either replace them or offer you a full refund If we ask you to return any material, we will arrange collection at our expense. Return To Top | | Credit/debit Card Security. We use WorldPay to process your credit/debit card details. We do not see any of your card details it is all handled by WorldPay. All of these details are proccessed on WorldPay secure servers. Additionally we also use the Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. Both of these schemes allow you to add an additional layer of security, via a password, to your transaction. When you get to the WorldPay pages to enter your details you will see the Golden Padlock indicating that the server is secure. You may also pay using PayPal. Again we do not see any of your card details and these transactions are all carried out over secure servers.
